Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- frozen chopped broccoli 10 oz - 1 pkg
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Combine broccoli, onion and broth. Heat to boiling. Simmer for 5 minutes. Put through blender until smooth. Melt butter and add flour. Combine both mixtures and remaining ingredients.
