Cheese broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- prepared mustard
- American cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- frozen broccoli - 3 c
How to make cheese broccoli soup:
Cook together the broccoli, onion and water until tender. Melt butter on medium heat; add slowly to mix well. Add salt and pepper. Slowly add milk; cook on medium heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Add chicken broth and American cheese. Continue cooking until melted. Add prepared mustard.
