  • eggs - 2 item
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • almond extract - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • warm water - 1 tsp
  • can whole cranberry sauce - 1 oz
  • almond flavoring - 1/2 tsp
  • crushed nuts - 1/2 c
  • Add eggs, then add dry ingredients with sour cream

How to make cranberry swirl cake:

Cream the sugar and margarine. Add eggs, then add dry ingredients with sour cream. Add flavoring.

Grease 8-inch tube pan. Alternate layers of batter and sauce starting with batter, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.Topping:3/4 c. confectioners sugar1/2 tsp. almond flavoring1 tsp. warm water Combine. Spread over top of cake and let drizzle over sides. Sprinkle nuts on top.
