Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/4 c
- hot water - 2 Tbsp
- frozen orange juice - 1/2 c
- fresh cranberries - 1 c
How to make cranberry bread:
Wash, drain and halve the cranberries. Combine dry ingredients. Combine moist ingredients. Add moist to dry and blend. Fold in nuts and cranberries. Batter may be baked in loaf or muffin pan. For loaf bake at 325° for 1 hour. For muffin bake atRecipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
