Crabmeat casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- Ritz crackers - 20 item
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- sherry optional - 1/4 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- sprinkle of mace - 1 item
How to make crabmeat casserole:
Cook onion, green pepper and celery in margarine; set aside. Mix together the other ingredients. Crumble in Ritz crackers. Add crabmeat and mix lightly, adding "set aside" vegetables. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Crab.
