Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 3/4 item
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped celery - 1/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • Ritz crackers - 20 item
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • sherry optional - 1/4 c
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • sprinkle of mace - 1 item

How to make crabmeat casserole:

Cook onion, green pepper and celery in margarine; set aside. Mix together the other ingredients. Crumble in Ritz crackers. Add crabmeat and mix lightly, adding "set aside" vegetables. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
