Ingredients/Components
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- lump crabmeat - 1 lb
- liquid crab boil - 1 to
- half and half - 1 pt
- soup cans milk - 2 item
- chopped shallots - 1/4 c
- stick butter or oleo - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make crab soup:
Saute shallots in oleo for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir often.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Crab.
