Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- butter - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tsp
- small onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 3 tsp
- buttered bread crumbs
- red pepper - 3 tsp
- fresh or canned crab meat - 2 c
How to make crab casserole:
Heat milk and margarine. Stir beaten eggs into heated milk. Stir until smooth. Add rest of ingredients. Add bread crumbs last. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 375° until top is brown, 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Crab.
