Stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 3/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- ground beef
- oregano - 2 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- box jumbo shells - 1 oz
- Ricotta cheese 1 lb - 2 c
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded 16 oz - 4 c
How to make stuffed shells:
Cook shells. Drain, rinse and coolFry hamburg putting in 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon oregano. Fry until brown.
Mix cheeses, eggs, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Only use 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Fill shells with cheese mixture and place in a greased pan. Spread hamburg over shells and cover with sauce. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
