Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 3/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • ground beef
  • oregano - 2 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • spaghetti sauce - 1 item
  • box jumbo shells - 1 oz
  • Ricotta cheese 1 lb - 2 c
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded 16 oz - 4 c

How to make stuffed shells:

Cook shells. Drain, rinse and cool

Fry hamburg putting in 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon oregano. Fry until brown.

Mix cheeses, eggs, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Only use 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Fill shells with cheese mixture and place in a greased pan. Spread hamburg over shells and cover with sauce. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
