- can tomato soup - 1 item
- water to cover - 1 item
- lemon pepper to taste - 1 item
- envelope dry onion soup - 1 item
- large potatoes, cut into bite size pieces - 4 item
- meat, cut into small cubes - 1 1
How to make moose stew:
Sear meat in a stew pot; add soups and water sufficient to cover veggies. Bake in a slow 300° oven for 2 1/2 hours. Phil often adds frozen peas or green limas (or anything else that strikes his fancy).Recipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Moose.
