Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- cooked, cubed chicken - 2 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- cooked rice
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup - 1 item
How to make baked chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients except potato chips and place in large casserole dish. Sprinkle with potato chips and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
