Country club squash
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- bouillon cube - 1 item
- or 8 tender small yellow squash - 6 item
How to make country club squash:
Cut and cook squash until tender. Mash. Add salt, pepper, butter, bouillon and water. Add egg and sour cream. Pour in 1-quart casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs, grated cheese and paprika. Sprinkle on top of squash. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
