Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- cottage cheese, drained and riced - 1 c
How to make cottage cheese muffins:
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Combine egg, milk and oil into the dry mixture. Add cottage cheese and mix well. Pour into greased muffin tins; fill 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Makes 15 to 18 muffins.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Appetizers, High calcium.
