  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • slices bread, cubed - 6 item
  • shredded cheese
  • bulk sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage and egg casserole:

Cook sausage until done; spread bread with butter and cube. Use 13 x 9-inch pan. Place bread cubes in bottom. Sprinkle crumbled sausage over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard. Pour over baking dish. Chill for 5 hours. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6. Can be made before hand and frozen before baking.
