Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- bell pepper - 1/2 c
- dried beef - 4 oz
How to make creamed dried beef:
Fry cut dried beef in butter until edges curl, approximately 5 minutes. Add bell pepper. Sprinkle flour over top of beef; stir until bubbly. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk.Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Serve hot over crisp toast or on baked potato.
