Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped celery
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • can corned beef - 1 item
  • V-8 juice

How to make corned beef salad:

Dissolve jello in 1/2 cup hot water and add V-8 juice. Cool until slightly thickened. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan. Serves 9.
