Chicken tetrazzini

Ingredients/Components

• flour - 1/3 c
• margarine - 5 Tbsp
• light cream - 1 c
• Parmesan cheese - 1 item
• chicken broth - 2 c
• box cooked spaghetti - 1 oz
• chopped chicken or turkey, boiled - 2 c

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Melt margarine; add flour and blend well. Add broth and cook on medium, stirring occasionally until thick. Add cream. Stir in cooked spaghetti and chicken pieces until well coated. Simmer for at least 5 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
