  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • baking powder
  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1 c
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
  • corn meal

How to make cornbread muffins:

Combine all ingredients in the order they are listed until smooth. Pour into muffin cups (greased) or use cupcake holders. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
