Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- quick cooking oats - 1 c
How to make oat pancakes:
Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Make a well in center. Combine eggs, milk, oil and lemon juice. Pour into well and stir just until moistened. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
