  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1 item
  • box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
  • can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 item

How to make cornbread casserole:

Brown ground beef with a little minced onion. Drain. Add green beans and tomato soup. Heat until bubbly.

Mix cornbread according to package directions. Pour hot beef mixture into 10 x 6-inch casserole dish. Top with cornbread batter. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cornbread is done.
