Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- macaroni - 2 c
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni and drain. Melt butter. Blend in flour. Slowly add milk and cook until smooth and thickened. Add salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Pour over macaroni and sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
