  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • macaroni - 2 c

How to make macaroni and cheese:

Cook macaroni and drain. Melt butter. Blend in flour. Slowly add milk and cook until smooth and thickened. Add salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Pour over macaroni and sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
