Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- can mild green chilies, chopped - 4 oz
How to make texas torte:
To beaten eggs, add flour, salt and milk. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into well-greased 8 x 12-inch glass dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve hot. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Cheese.
