Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- frozen corn - 1 pkg
How to make corn souffle:
Cook frozen corn with a small amount of water, salt and butter. Stir flour into milk and add to corn. Add sugar, egg yolks and pepper. Beat egg whites stiff. Fold corn mixture into egg whites. Blend well. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Corn, Main dish, Casseroles.
