  • sugar - 2 c
  • milk
  • salt - 1 item
  • flour - 3 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • eggs, separated - 4 item
  • baking powder - 3 tsp

How to make 1-2-3-4 cake:

Mix butter and sugar. Add egg yolks; beat. Add flour, baking powder and salt, alternating with milk. Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until stiff. Bake in greased tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
