- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- balsamic vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- chopped cilantro - 1 Tbsp
- green onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- dried basil or 1 Tbsp - 1/2 tsp
- lime, squeezed - 1/2 item
- box frozen corn or 2 c - 1 oz
- chopped green chiles, chopped fine - 1 Tbsp
- fresh tomatoes, 1/4-inch dice - 1 c
How to make corn salsa:
