Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- instant minced onion - 1 tsp
- turmeric - 1 tsp
- can Mexican style whole corn undrained - 1 oz
How to make corn relish:
In saucepan, blend cornstarch and water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Chill. Makes 2 cups.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
