Corn relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onions
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green peppers - 1 c
- mustard seed
- turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar white - 1 qt
- chopped red peppers - 1 c
- cut corn 10 to 12 ears
How to make corn relish:
If fresh corn is used, boil corn for 5 minutes. Dip in cold water. Cut from cob and measure. Combine all ingredients and boil gently for 20 minutes. Pack while boiling into hot sterilized jars. Be sure vinegar solution covers all vegetables. FilRecipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
