Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 qt
- cloves - 2 tsp
- allspice - 2 tsp
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- chopped cabbage - 1 qt
- chopped green peppers - 1 c
- mustard seed - 1 Tbsp
- turmeric - 1 Tbsp
- chopped red peppers - 1 c
- cut corn - 2 qt
- strong vinegar - 4 c
How to make corn relish:
Bring to boil, pour over beets and boil 10 minutes. Pack into sterilized jars and seal. No salt. Makes 12 pints.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
