Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 lb
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- pinch of pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs or bread crumbs - 1 c
- milk any kind or cream - 3/4 c
- coarsely grated cheese any kind - 1 c
How to make corn pudding:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a buttered 6-cup casserole. Dot the top with the rest of the butter. Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes. (You can add chopped pimento or brown an onion in butter and add.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
