Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- baking powder
- milk 1 c - 1/2 pt
- large can cream-style corn - 1 item
How to make corn fritters:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt together; then add corn and milk. Sift together baking powder and flour. Add to liquids. Mix lightly and drop by spoonfuls into deep-fat until brown. Serve hot.This is an old recipe from Simmons Restaurant.
