Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- corn meal - 1/2 c
- to 12 hot dogs - 10 item
How to make corn dogs:
Dry hot dogs with paper towel. Mix ingredients. Roll hot dogs in mixture and drop into hot oil or shortening. Cook until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, < 30 mins, Kid Friendly.
