- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 2 1/2
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- drained whole corn - 1 c
- chopped hot dogs - 5 item
How to make corn dog muffins:
Mix cornbread mix and brown sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and milk. Add corn and hot dogs. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 14 to 18 minutes. These are great for children's lunches.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
