Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can kernel corn - 1 item
- Mexican corn bread mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Melt the stick of butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix all the ingredients together except for the cheese and pour into dish with melted butter in it. Spread evenly. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top generously with the grated Cheddar cheese, then put back into the oven for about 5 more minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
