Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn undrained - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Jiffy cornbread mix
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all together. Pour in 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese and continue baking for 10 more minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
