salad oil - 1/4 c
beaten egg - 1 item
milk - 1/2 c
sifted flour
sugar - 3/4 c
baking powder - 2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
Spicy Topping - 1 item
Sift together dry ingredients
flour - 1 Tbsp
cinnamon - 1 tsp
melted butter - 1 Tbsp
broken nuts - 1/2 c

How to make coffee cake:

Combine oil, egg and milk. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to milk mixture and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with Spicy Topping.Spicy Topping:1/4 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 c. broken nuts Combine all ingredients. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
