Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- diced onion - 2 Tbsp
- uncooked elbow macaroni - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- diced Velveeta cheese - 1 c
How to make corn casserole:
Melt butter over low heat. Stir together with remainder of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in an 8 x 8-inch pan with lid. The first 1/2 hour cook with lid on. The last half hour cook with lid off. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
