- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium even potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives and thyme or sage or 2 to 3 tsp - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes if the skin is tough; otherwise just scrub and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through. Use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
