  • sour cream - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
  • can kernel corn and liquid - 1 item

How to make corn casserole:

Mix together corns, eggs and muffin mix. Saute onion and peppers in margarine. Add to corn mixture. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Dollop sour cream over top. Add Cheddar cheese over top. Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
