Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
- can kernel corn and liquid - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix together corns, eggs and muffin mix. Saute onion and peppers in margarine. Add to corn mixture. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Dollop sour cream over top. Add Cheddar cheese over top. Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
