- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Mix the 2 cans of corn (undrained) with all of the remaining ingredients, making sure sour cream and margarine are mixed in well. Pour into 7 x 11-inch casserole. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until brown and the center is firm.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
