  • pkg - 1 oz
  • egg - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • jalapeno corn bread mix - 1 pkg

How to make corn casserole:

Melt butter in a casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour melted butter into mixture. Stir. Pour into the casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350° or until light brown.
