Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- oleo - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- pimento - 1/4 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- small bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- slices cooked bacon, broken in pieces - 6 item
How to make corn casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease bottom of 3-quart casserole dish. In another pan, melt oleo. Stir in flour, sugar and eggs. Add bell pepper, bacon, pimento and cheese. Add pepper to taste. Mix with corn and pour into casserole dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
