Corn au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
How to make corn au gratin:
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Serves 6.Or go modern and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Stir outside of mixture towards the middle. Microwave on High for another 5 minutes. Rest 5 minutes.
