Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • dark brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • can jellied cranberry sauce - 1 lb
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • parsley flakes - 1/3 c
  • ketchup - 1/3 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • minced onion - 2 tsp
  • cornflake crumbs - 1 c
  • can chili sauce - 1 oz

How to make party meatballs:

Heat cranberry sauce until melted. Add all other ingredients. Pour over meatballs and heat in 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, cooking meatballs to desired doneness.
