- sour cream - 1 (16
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Pour in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan. Saute onions and peppers. Spread over mixture. Spread sour cream over onions and peppers. Top with cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
