Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- beaten egg - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- can whole corn - 1 oz
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- small can whole corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item
How to make baked corn:
Combine melted butter, egg and sour cream. Add and stir in whole and creamed corn. Stir in corn bread mix, salt and pepper. Bake in casserole dish 1 hour at 375°. Make sure it does not get too dry.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
