  • butter - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • sugar optional - 1 Tbsp
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • Tabasco - 1/2 tsp
  • can whole tomatoes, chopped - 1 oz

How to make corn casserole:

Brown onion and bell pepper in butter. Cook rice. Place all ingredients except cheese in a 3-quart saucepan; mix well. Cook on top of stove over low heat 1 hour. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
