Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- sugar optional - 1 Tbsp
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Tabasco - 1/2 tsp
- can whole tomatoes, chopped - 1 oz
How to make corn casserole:
Brown onion and bell pepper in butter. Cook rice. Place all ingredients except cheese in a 3-quart saucepan; mix well. Cook on top of stove over low heat 1 hour. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
