Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • cooking oil - 1/4 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • corn meal - 1/4 c
  • bell pepper, chopped or 1 can green chilies - 1 item
  • black pepper, salt and garlic salt to taste - 1 item

How to make corn casserole:

Mix all together. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until brown.
