Corn bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
- boxes Jiffy yellow corn meal mix - 2 item
- skimmed milk if needed - 1 item
How to make corn bread:
Empty meal in bowl. Add the other ingredients, stirring well. Add milk only if mixture is not soft enough to pour. Pour mixture into a well-greased pan. Bake at 350° until well done (mixture starts to pull away from side of pan, or check with toothpick). Let cool; cut into squares.
