- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- small box Jiffy corn meal mix - 1 item
How to make broccoli corn bread:
Butter 7 x 11-inch pan. Mix together broccoli, onion, salt, cheese, eggs and Jiffy corn meal mix. Pour into pan. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Onions, Broccoli.
