Corn bread

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 3 tsp
• cornmeal - 1 c
• corn oil - 1/2 c
• cream-style corn - 1 c

How to make corn bread:

Beat eggs. Add sour cream, oil and corn. Blend in cornmeal sifted with dry ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 9-inch pan in 375° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut in squares.
