Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 2 item
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 3 Tbsp
• salad oil - 1/4 c
• corn meal - 1 c
• cream-style corn - 1 c

How to make corn bread:

Mix and bake at 400° until set and brown.

Note: One cup buttermilk may be used instead of sour cream, adding 1/2 teaspoon soda.
