Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 3 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- corn meal - 1 c
- cream-style corn - 1 c
How to make corn bread:
Mix and bake at 400° until set and brown.Note: One cup buttermilk may be used instead of sour cream, adding 1/2 teaspoon soda.
